We typically ship purchases within 1-2 business days of receiving the order, and shipping takes between 3-5 days. A tracking number is provided so you will be able to track your purchase and look forward to it's arrival!
We recommend taking your watch to a watch repair shop, a jeweler, or a store that specializes in batteries, to replace the battery when needed. We do not recommend trying to replace the battery yourself, as it does require special tools and you could damage the watch.
Yes, we do offer a 30-day, no questions asked, money-back guarantee. Simply request a refund within 30 days of the date your product is delivered to you, and we will email a return postage slip to return the product to us. We will issue a refund to you, by the same payment method used during the purchase, within 4 business days of our receipt of the product.
If you need to exchange your purchase for a different size or model, just let us know and we will make that happen for you!

We do offer a limited warranty that covers manufacturer's defects for one year after the original date of purchase. If the watch doesn't work or breaks down due to mechanical failure or defect, we will either repair your watch or replace it. Our warranty does not cover water damage, wear and tear, scratching, or damage to the watch caused by anything other than the manufacturer's defect. When you reach out to us for a return, we will purchase a return label and email it to you. Place the product in the original package or something similar, and use the return shipping label to return it to us.
Pull the crown out to the 1st position. Turn the crown to set hour and minute hands. When the crown is pushed back to the normal position, the second hand begins to run
An instruction manual will be included in your chronograph purchase with more detail.
Setting the time: Pull the crown out to the 2nd position (furthest out). Turn the crown to set the hour and minute hands. When the crown is pushed back to the normal position, the sub-dial second hand will begin to run.
Setting the date: Pull the crown out to the 1st position (only one click out). Turn the crown counter-clockwise to set the date.
(If the date is set between the hours of around 9:00 PM and 1:00 AM, the date may not change on the following day. It's best to change the date in the morning.)
After the date has been set, push the crown back to the normal position.
Beyond Boring watches can withstand typical day-to-day exposure to water like splashing and rain. Even though our watches have a decent amount of water resistance, we really don't recommend submerging them or getting them wet for extended periods of time. Hot water will affect the rubber ring seal, so you should not expose your watch to hot water of any kind. 10atm water resistance (100 meters)
