The Beyond Boring Watch Company Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms apply to participation in The Beyond Boring Watch Company affiliate program, including promotion of products sold under the Beyond Boring and Sonera Watch Co. brands.

Commission and Discount. Affiliates earn a 20% commission on qualifying product sales attributed to their affiliate link or code. Customers referred through the program receive 10% off their order. Commission is calculated on the qualifying merchandise amount after applicable discounts and excludes shipping, taxes, refunds, returns, cancellations, and chargebacks.

Attribution. Affiliate-link referrals are tracked for 30 days. Sales must be successfully attributed through Shopify Collabs to qualify for commission. The Beyond Boring Watch Company cannot guarantee commission on purchases that Shopify Collabs does not attribute to the affiliate.

Payment. Commissions are subject to a 30-day holding period to account for returns, cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, or other order adjustments. Payments are processed through Shopify Collabs according to its payment procedures. U.S. affiliates using automatic payments must provide any required tax information, including a W-9.

Returns and Cancellations. No commission is earned on returned, refunded, canceled, fraudulent, or charged-back purchases. If commission has already been credited on an order that is subsequently adjusted, the corresponding commission may also be adjusted or reversed.

Affiliate Purchases. Affiliate links and discount codes are intended for genuine customer referrals and may not be used primarily to obtain commissions on an affiliate's own purchases.

Promotion and Discount Codes. Affiliates may share their links and codes through their own websites, social media, email audiences, videos, and other appropriate channels. Affiliate codes may not be posted to coupon, deal, cashback, or discount-code websites without prior written permission. Affiliate discounts may not be combined with other discounts unless the checkout specifically allows it.

Advertising and Search. Affiliates may not purchase paid search advertisements or bid on The Beyond Boring Watch Company, Beyond Boring, Sonera, Sonera Watch Co., or confusingly similar brand or product terms without prior written approval.

Brand and Product Content. Affiliates may use product images, logos, descriptions, and other promotional materials supplied or approved by The Beyond Boring Watch Company for the purpose of promoting the brands. Brand assets may not be materially altered in a misleading way or used to imply an endorsement, partnership, or relationship beyond participation in the affiliate program.

Accurate Representation. Affiliates should share their genuine opinions and experiences and may not make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about our products, pricing, promotions, or company.

Affiliate Disclosure. Affiliates are responsible for clearly disclosing their affiliate relationship when promoting products and for complying with applicable advertising and endorsement requirements, including FTC disclosure requirements.

Program Changes and Termination. The Beyond Boring Watch Company may modify commission rates, discounts, program rules, or other terms prospectively. Affiliates will be notified of material changes when appropriate. Either party may end the affiliate relationship at any time. Commissions validly earned before termination remain subject to the program's normal return, adjustment, and payment rules.

Acceptance. Participation in the affiliate program constitutes acceptance of these terms as well as applicable Shopify Collabs terms and requirements.
