Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Beyond Boring Watch Company!  We are committed to providing the best possible experience for our customers, and part of that commitment involves offering free shipping on all orders within the United States. Please read our shipping and delivery policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

Shipping:

  • We offer free shipping on all orders placed on our website to addresses within the United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements or membership fees to receive free shipping.

  • We cannot offer free international shipping, unfortunately.  However, we do now offer international shipping options for customers outside the United States.
  • We strive to process all orders within 2 days of the order being placed. However, during peak shopping seasons or unexpected events, there may be a delay in processing your order.  

  • Our primary shipping carrier is USPS but we reserve the right to utilize the carrier of our choice. 

Delivery:

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped,  delivery typically takes 3-5 days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and other factors, such as weather or carrier delays.

  • We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to track your order and get real-time updates on its delivery status.

  • If your order is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to update your shipping information. If we are unable to reach you within a reasonable time frame, we may cancel your order and issue a refund. 

  • Order Responsibility: Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, the responsibility for the order lies with the customer. This includes providing accurate shipping information during checkout and ensuring someone is available to receive the package at the provided address.

    Postal Service Handling: We rely on trusted postal services to deliver your orders promptly.  The Beyond Boring Watch Company cannot be held responsible for orders that are stolen after the postal service has successfully delivered the package to the specified address.

    Refunds and Replacements: Regrettably, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements for orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the postal service, even in the case of theft. We recommend reaching out to the local postal service or law enforcement to report any incidents of theft.
