Refund policy
All products sold are covered by our 30-day return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of your product. The product must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Watch Warranty:
Our watches come with a one-year guarantee against manufacturer defects. This means that if your watch malfunctions due to a defect in materials or workmanship within one year of purchase, we will repair or replace it free of charge. However, the guarantee does not cover wear and tear, scratches, user-caused damage, water damage, or any other damages that are not a result of a manufacturing defect.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Shipping and Delivery Policy:
Order Responsibility: Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, the responsibility for the order lies with the customer. This includes providing accurate shipping information during checkout and ensuring someone is available to receive the package at the provided address.
Postal Service Handling: We rely on trusted postal services to deliver your orders promptly. The Beyond Boring Watch Company cannot be held responsible for orders that are stolen after the postal service has successfully delivered the package to the specified address.
Refunds and Replacements: Regrettably, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements for orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the postal service, even in the case of theft. We recommend reaching out to the local postal service or law enforcement to report any incidents of theft.
Exchanges
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at curt@beyondboringbrand.com and we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Exchanges are subject to the same procedures and limitations as refunds.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at curt@beyondboringbrand.com.
